We provide Civilian Human Resources Management Information Technology (CHRM IT) portfolio functional oversight, and ensure delivery of improved business processes or integrated enterprise HRIS solutions that strengthen mission readiness and support civilian personnel policies
- Vision: Serve as the Department’s leader in management of innovative, integrated, and fiscally-responsible civilian enterprise HRIS solutions and projects. Provide cutting-edge business systems analytics that support the CPP and DCPAS mission, vision, and goals.
- Ensure functional requirements are validated and codified to support development, modernization, or sustainment of integrated and interoperable Enterprise HRIS Solutions
- Conduct cutting edge business system analytics that ensure process improvement/re-engineering or delivery of enterprise HRIS solutions through functional requirements gathering, as well as assisting in HRIS design, development, and deployment in support of civilian personnel policies
- Build and cultivate strategic partnerships to improve customer service
- Continuously advance our effectiveness, efficiency, and adaptability through process improvement to deliver high-impact results which satisfy our customers' requirements.
