2026 DOW National Mentoring Month: Reverse Mentoring Event
Join us on January 27, 2026, at 1300 ET for the Department of War's Reverse Mentoring event, celebrating this year’s theme: "Mentoring Across Career Journeys – Bridging Experience and Innovation." This unique program connects junior personnel with senior leaders, fostering a dynamic exchange of expertise and perspectives. In this event, junior participants serve as mentors, sharing insights into technology, culture, and workforce trends, while senior leaders gain fresh perspectives to shape the DOW’s future.
