Delegated Examining Unit Virtual Evaluations
DCPAS conducts Delegated Examining (DE) reviews that are held virtually. More and more HR work is conducted electronically; thus, reviewers are reviewing the work products in a similar “e-work” setting. DE reviews are scheduled one year in advance based on the expiration date of each Component’s authority. Scheduled DE reviews include conducting the in-briefing, meeting with the HR staff, conducting records reviews and interviews, and conducting the closeout.
