Management Negotiating Team Training: Management Negotiating Team Training provides advice, guidance, and insight for teams preparing to enter into term negotiations for a collective bargaining agreement. The training covers the negotiation process from negotiating team building and ground rules preparation to model contract language and Federal Service Impasse Panel decisions.
