DCPAS provides DOW policy and guidance implementing portability of benefits regulations governing NAF employees moving between a different DOW NAF Component Employer. DCPAS also provides advisory assistance to DOW NAF Component Human Resources Office staff on portability issues that may occur when an employee moves between NAF positions.
