Emerging Human Resource Leaders

Emerging Human Resource Leaders (EHRL) Forum offered by the Partnership for Public Service is a professional development opportunity for human resource (HR) practitioners in the General Schedule pay grades 9-12 or equivalent. During a span of six months, participants engage in professional development activities and learn from subject matter experts to develop the knowledge, professional network, and perspectives necessary to grow and lead in the Federal human capital community. The Forum provides monthly education sessions featuring group discussions, facilitated activities, and guest speakers, Upon completing the program, emerging HR leaders can build on and make new connections with other HR practitioners by joining the Leadership Alumni Network of the Partnership for Public Service, an ever-growing network of Federal HR professionals who have previously participated in the program. DCPAS manages the DOD participation in the Emerging Human Resource Leaders Forum.
