Senior Executive and Senior Professional Performance Management
DCPAS supports the Component Senior Executive Management Offices enterprise-wide with performance management guidance for the Senior Executive and Senior Professional employees. Members of the Senior Executive Service and Senior Professional civilian workforce are held accountable for individual and organization performance via a standardized performance management system. This system is designed to promote excellence; align to results-oriented goals; report the success of meeting individual and organizational goals; and allow appointing authorities to utilize performance results as a basis for pay, awards, development, retention, removal, and other personnel actions.
