COACHING CAMPAIGN WEEK 2026:

LEADING WITH A COACHING MINDSET

DOW Coaching Campaign Week 2026 took place May 11–15, both virtually and in person across the Department of War. This year's Leading with a Coaching Mindset (LACM) workshop brought together supervisors, managers, aspiring leaders, and individual contributors ready to make a profound difference in their teams.

Participants gained practical skills to move beyond traditional management — building self-reliant, highly engaged teams through deeper listening, powerful questions, and feedback that inspires action. Together, we took meaningful steps toward a culture where coaching is not just a skill, but a way of leading.
