COACHING CAMPAIGN WEEK 2026:
LEADING WITH A COACHING MINDSET
DOW Coaching Campaign Week 2026 took place May 11–15, both virtually and in person across the Department of War. This year's Leading with a Coaching Mindset (LACM) workshop brought together supervisors, managers, aspiring leaders, and individual contributors ready to make a profound difference in their teams.
Participants gained practical skills to move beyond traditional management — building self-reliant, highly engaged teams through deeper listening, powerful questions, and feedback that inspires action. Together, we took meaningful steps toward a culture where coaching is not just a skill, but a way of leading.
Coaching by the Numbers
Every conversation, every connection, every coach in training adds up to something bigger. Here's the scale of what DOW Coaching Campaign Week 2026 set in motion across the Department, in person and online.
